Groups that have arranged for individuals to make their payments directly to Educational Tours, Inc. can make their payments through our secure payment portal.
First time users will need to register to create an account on the portal. After you register, you can simply log in to view your account or make a payment.
Your information is only used to apply a payment to your trip. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. We only collect information related to your trip purchase. This includes your billing address, email address, and credit card information.
INDIVIDUAL PAY TRIP: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable after a specified date. Prior to this date, cancellations are refundable LESS a 3.5% per person processing fee and LESS any non-refundable deposits made. Details are listed on the Travel Agreement and Participant letter.
GROUP PAY TRIP: CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY / PENALTIES – Cancellations made prior to 50 days are fully refundable LESS non-refundable deposits or payments made prior to cancellation deadlines and less a 3% convenience fee if payments were made by credit card. Any cancellations made within 50 to 16 days of departure must be paid in full as ETI must prepay all trip costs. CANCELLATIONS 15 DAYS OR FEWER FORFEITS ALL MONIES PAID TO ETI.
All trip arrangements/tickets will be provided upon arrival at your destination by your Tour Manager unless prior arrangements have been made.

TRIP PAYMENT: Amount due is listed on your Individual Payment documents.
TRIP TRAVEL PROTECTION: Amount due is listed on your Travel Protection documents.
