Introducing the New Educational Tours App!

We realize that a lot of factors go into ensuring a trip runs smoothly, with one of the most important being communication.

That’s why we’re pleased to share the new ETI app, a one-stop place for enhanced communication between teachers, students and parents.

The password-protected app allows teachers to preload documents—such as an itinerary or lesson plan—that can then be easily accessed by students throughout the trip, in addition to having the capability to message everyone within the travel group with vital, up-to-date information.

ETI will equip you with the knowledge needed to efficiently operate the app before your trip, so you’re confident once you and your students embark on an adventure of a lifetime.

Students can upload photos of their fun-filled trip to the app in real time, which will then be made into a keepsake video in the weeks following the trip. Parents can easily follow along by viewing these pictures from home. The group leaders can easily make sure that all students are where they are supposed to be through the app’s GPS capabilities. The trip mapping turns on the day of departure at 5 a.m. EST and turns off at midnight the day your trip is scheduled to return.

“This app is a fantastic user-friendly tool and a means of elevated customer service and connectivity,” said Donna Adam, President of Educational Tours, Inc.

“Teachers will find it serves as a helpful educational and logistical component, parents will be provided with additional peace of mind and students will love being able to share memories with their fellow friends on the trip.”

Visit the App Store and search “Educational Tours” to download and reach out to one of our travel consultants to plan your next unforgettable trip.
