Experience: Educational Tours has been providing school groups with quality travel packages for over 23 years. We use our experience with all types of travel (air, land, domestic and international) to devise a travel itinerary which will meet the individual needs of every group. We specialize in arranging performance possibilities and participation in adjudicated festivals and parades.

Security: Educational Tours places the safety of the students as the top priority. We provide only newer, first class, air-conditioned, VCR equipped motorcoaches with reclining seats. In addition to safety and comfort considerations enroute, we like to provide accommodations which best suit the needs of student groups. We book hotels that are group friendly. We ensure that hotel rooms are blocked together in advance, and that advance check-in procedures are followed. We consider all requests from inside entrances to extended pool hours, etc. We hire private nighttime security to allow everyone the opportunity to get enough rest.

Professionalism & Quality: It is our goal to give your students an educational and rewarding travel experience. We attend to the details that make student group travel safer and easier. Our Travel Consultants work one on one with you to plan your trip and provide you with knowledgeable support during your approval process. Your personal Customer Service Representative will guide you through the details and paperwork for your performance venues. We provide trained company escorts to accompany your group during it's entire stay at your destination. Our escorts handle all of the details during your trip, so that directors and chaperones can direct their full attention to the students.
